Thai cooking places emphasis on lightly prepared dishes with strong aromatic components. The spiciness of Thai cuisine is well known. As with other Asian cuisines, balance, detail, and variety are of great significance to Thai chefs. Thai food is known for its balance of three to four fundamental taste senses in each dish or the overall meal: sour, sweet, salty, and sometimes bitter.
Thai food is known for its enthusiastic use of fresh, rather than dried, herbs and spices. Common herbs include cilantro, lemongrass, Thai basils, and mint. Some other common flavors in Thai food come from ginger, galangal, tamarind, turmeric, garlic, soy beans, shallots, white and black peppercorn, kaffir lime, and, of course, chilies.

The Senesombath family master chefs, father and son Chay and Ae Senesombath welcome you to Bodhi Thai Bistro.
Translated into English the word Bodhi means enlightenment. At Bodhi Thai Bistro, our goal is just that. To enlighten your senses and tempt your palate.
We at Bodhi Thai Bistro offer you modern authentic Thai dishes while staying true to old school roots. We use only the freshest ingredients available so your dishes are cooked to order upon your request. Each dish can be customized and prepared to your desire.
Whether you're feeling cautious or adventurous, we can adjust the spice level according to your preference. If you have any food allergies, please let your server know in advance so our chefs can prepare your dish to accommodate your requirements. Most of our dishes can also be prepared gluten free & vegetarian.

Thai cuisine is prepared fresh to order, so variations in spiciness, protein, gluten free, vegetarian and vegan diets and special requests can be accommodated with most selections; please ask your server.
When ordering, first, chose your entree.
Second, when ordering pan fried noodles, fried rice, stir fry, or curry, select a protein (tofu, chicken, beef steak, pork loin, shrimp, calamari, sea scallop, seafood combo, or duck). Chose jasmine white or brown rice if your dish does not have noodles or rice.
Third, select the spiciness level to suit your taste. If you would like your dish milder, anything with a star can be made less spicy.
